• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
• Proficient in various Property Management Systems, Microsoft Office programs, other relevant computer software, housekeeping operations & equipment.
• Outstanding management, organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for providing an exceptional guest services experience.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
• Must be able to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of optimism, professionalism & collaboration.
• Amenable to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends, and holidays on a rotation basis.
