Shangri-La Boracay

Located in the country’s premier beach destination, Shangri-La Boracay is a luxurious and serene haven for vacationers. DUTIES:
The Butler Associate reports directly to the Villa Manager. He/she ensures the proper completion of all tasks, is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the guest rooms, villas, and surrounding areas. Also, provides for various guest services on the guest floors in accordance with the standards, guidelines, and policies established by Shangri-La Hotel and Resorts and by the Hotel in order to ensure friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented service in a clean and orderly environment.

• Experience in an international hotel with the same capacity.
• Preferably has a strong background in Housekeeping.
• A self-starter must be guest-oriented, with an eye for details, has initiative and anticipation.
• Oral and Written Fluency in both English and Filipino. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
• A graduate of Hospitality Management/ International Hospitality Management or any related course.
