Job Description:

He or she must be willing to be based in Boracay Island.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary

Requirements:

  • Experience as Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine for at least 3 years in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Industry or Culinary field.
  • Certification in HACCP and Food Safety
  • In-depth knowledge of Mediterranean Cuisine with knowledge of French, Italian, and Spanish cuisine.
  • Strong leadership skills and must be a team player
  • Open for Locals and for Expats, preferably Peruvian, Argentinian or Brazilian Nationality.
  • Must be fluent in English and Computer Literate.
