As a Food and Beverage Service Manager specializing in operations, marketing, and promotions, your role is crucial in ensuring the successful and seamless functioning of the food and beverage department in Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and management of all food and beverage operations, as well as driving marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance the guest experience and boost revenue.

• Bachelor's degree Hospitality, or related fields preferred.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role with a focus on operations, marketing and promotions in a 5-star luxury hotel/resort.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Knowledge in navigating RMS / PMS system and MS Suites
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a 24/7 hospitality environment.
• Willing to Relocate in Boracay Island
