We are currently looking for a talented

HR TRAINING MANAGER

to join our team and oversee the training and development of our staff.

As an HR Training Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for all levels of employees
- Coordinating with external trainers and consultants to provide quality and relevant training courses
- Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and impact of training on employee performance and satisfaction
- Developing and updating training manuals, policies, and procedures
- Managing the training budget and resources
- Collaborating with other HR functions to align training with organizational goals and strategies


To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A college degree - At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality industry or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- A willingness to work locally, or remotely with occasional travel to Boracay
